Plenty of teams train a model that works in a slide deck. Far fewer handle capture, lighting, processing, integration, alerting and maintenance until the system becomes routine on the line.

The dataset is the quiet bottleneck
Much of what gets blamed on the model starts in the data: an ambiguous class, a criterion that shifted, a missing rare case. It's a process problem — and process is what we apply.

Diagnosis before proposal
Before proposing hardware or development, we assess whether the process actually suits computer vision. We also say when it doesn't.

The proposal states what will be done, in how long and for how much. No open-ended scope.

Nothing we can't back up
We don't publish accuracy percentages, return figures or client names we cannot substantiate. What's on the site is what we can defend.

Small projects are welcome
A narrow proof of concept is usually the best starting point — for us too.
Security and confidentiality
The material we receive usually reveals how the client operates.

What the camera captures says a lot about the operation. We treat that material as a critical client asset.
